Thick Oatmeal Banana pancakes
2 cups instant oatmeal
1 large banana, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp truvia
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together well and whip up a batch of pancakes. This makes 12 pancakes. This is a great carb option to pair with your choice of healthy fat and protein at breakfast or at your pre or post workout snack!
