Super Easy Low-Carb Protein Pancakes
2 large eggs
1 scoop Magnum quattro vanilla ice cream protein
1 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. vanilla unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp truvia sweetener
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer. heat a non-sticvk pan on medium. Spray your pan with cooking spray to ensure no stick. Use 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook and serve with Walden Farms sugar free maple syrup and a few berries for a killer breakfast!
